What are restrictions on TS & R? Can vehicle shoot afterwards?

There are no restrictions on shooting after Tank Shock (and Ramming).
All that is required is that you move at at least Combat Speed.
After a Tank Shock (or Ram) you can't move Flat Out, and passengers can't Disembark.
You also can;t Tank Shock after passengers Disembark in the same turn.
