OK, Singels first (5 games ETC comps)

Game1 Necrons. Some wraiths, 9 destroyers, 2x4 tomb blades Orikan and Zanreckh(?)
He deployed a lot in reserves like I did and gave me uneventful 1st turn as I was range denied. T2 Destroyers deepstruck in but failed to do significant damage. On squad of Pretorians and a Destroyer lord deepstruck in to my lines. I lined al my shooting against them, but failed to remember Solar pulse invisibility. Still killed 5 of those. Last turn Taloses assaulted His wraithstar and Zandrekht was forced to LOS! instakilling wound to grouwn up Orikan. All that was left of the star was orikan who borrowed H&R from my spiders contesting center objective. Game ended due time after T5 when I had good positions to kill a lot of his army. 8-12 loss for me when in T6 it would have been a solid win. Should have played faster.

Game 2. Necrons (Orikan and zanrekth again with lots of other HQ in Decurion)
Lost the roll to go first again and I was forced to go first with deploying second. I tried to shoot FB from warriors but failed half way. Invisible Taloses charged his wraithstar but basicly no wounds were dealt to either side. Zanrekth again borrowed H&R and run from combat my star then stayed in the middle of the board failing three consequent charges (6-9”) in a row. In other end of the table, Spiders and bikes battled against warriors, immortals and wraiths to a draw in the end. Sorry no picture of this game.

After the game the schedule was late so much that they decided to move 3rd game to next day where only 2 was planned.

In the Morning I was against Knights and Orks from Germany…

I played Scatterbikes (With Corpse Thief) so feel free to cheer for Germany.

Game 3. Ork Traktor cannons with warbosses in 2+ armour, 5 kommandos, 2 gretching squads and three knights. Emperors will, DoW in addition to contact lost?. He peloyed first orks in the middle and knight to my left flank with good losblock. I Deployed three bikes to los block and CTC and 6 bikes with far seer to ruins in extreme right out of most of the knight shooting. He started by making me test LD 10 on Farseers succesfully. I was able to keep him occupied in killing some odd units in other end while taloses drove traktor cannons back. In the end All kingts were alive and I had both bases with my obsec bikes. 15-5 to me.

Bikes stay away from knights while Taloses get cover from ruins.

Game 4. (85 marines in pods with melta)
He deployed first all his marines in to a pod, Big surprise. I then countered it with deploying only the spiders on to the landing pad. He made me go first and I did zero except picking up a M-card. His first wave arrived:

Few spiders died but exarchs survived. Then to my reserves: Big squad of bikes with 2 farseers, no show. Corpse Thief Claw, No. Four units of three scattbikes 1,1,2,2. Hemlock then, 1. Great. I re positioned my spiders so that no-one cloud deep strike in to the landing pad.

After first turn of shooting
My opponent's reserves were not great either. He got one or two pod in. In the end I lost perhaps one spider on T2.
T3 reserves:

Phew. I got all in except one small bike squad. Then it was slaughter. TAloses cleared my base from droppods and marines but I was not able to clear everything from his base with my bikes and Hemlock. But those talose's had made so many kill points and extra points in CC that I won the game 16-4. That was a bit too exciting on reserve rolls. failed 7/7 3+ rolls.

Game 5(Seer council with scatter bikes and 3 units of D-cannons)
Nether of us got fortune nor invisibility. I got to go first and he failed to sieze. I shot FB from one of the cannons and a second one was toasted same turn. His retaliation did next to nothing. Next turn I got one unit of spiders in that deepstruck right to his lines. In response he tried to shoot them, but jumping is very good when losblocks are nearby. His reserved council did not come in. T3 I got in my second squad of spiders and they went to same place. I was winng there with two units of spiders against 4 units of bikes and one unit of D-cannons. His turn Council arrived and psychic shrieked one Talos to oblivion. I was able to nullify his 2+ armorsave spell. He gave up as I ahd a lot of shooting power against his unprotected Council and I was killing his reminding bikes with fast pace. 20-0 to me.

In the end I placed 20th out of 148 players. A biggest event for me so far and I was very happy with it.

Mighty fine work! Out of curiosity, what table(s) were you rolling on for psychic powers?

I begined with Telepathy for Hemlock (Could take T primaris and guaranteed shrouding from Runes ofBattle too) Then to Fate with warlord. And lastly Telepathy or Fate to second seer.
