| Somewhat belated reporting but I managed to complete my Paingiver Beast Handlers and Cyclops Savage. Pics to follow shortly.
Just my Cataphract Inindiarii to go and I'm finally ready to field a small Hordes army! _________________ You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting. In what world could you possibly beat me?

| Yeah, they're Skorne guys from Hordes. What do you mean by flat colours? _________________ You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting. In what world could you possibly beat me? | |

| Nice :-) Oh, meant that the Gold could do with a shade wash and a highlight, just to give it more depth. And compared to your blues, the red fabric doesn't look quite as highlighted. it is likely because the red you used to highlight is closer to the base colour than.the blue is to its base colour. Edit. You might be able to hit the middle of the red fabric with a shade,it might just bring the base colour down a tad, which is all it take to make the.highlights pop. :-D that being said they still look good as they are! _________________ Nexs' Painting/Converting and banter Log

| Ah, right. I see what you mean. The red (Army Painter Dragon Red) does have a shade (Carroburg Crimson) with highlights of Dragon Red, Evil Sunz Scarlet and Wild Rider Red but I think the combination of my daylight lamp and the flash from the camera may have washed out the highlights a bit on the photos. They are a bit more pronounced in the 'flesh'. I didn't really highlight the gold too much though, I must admit so I may well put a final highlight on there.
Thanks for the comments and advice. _________________ You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting. In what world could you possibly beat me?

| Pesky camera flash! That certainly is quite a few layers! No problems at all :-) _________________ Nexs' Painting/Converting and banter Log
