| Yes, I have started yet another project. Imperial Knights! I promised one for a friend, so I'm building six (one for him, five for me). Mine will be Chaos themed, one Undivided as a leader and then one for each of the four major gods. Each will of course be heavily themed, a slender Slaaneshy, a rough and ferocious Khornate, a bulbous pox-ridden Nurglite and whatever the hell I come up with Tzeentch. Work has begun already, and I have the basic skeletal frame for the six Knights. I'll be bulking around these with armour plating. The plan for the build is to work on the Imperial and Undivided Knights together so that the basic look matches the same template. Then I can do the four varied ones after with a template I can adapt. _________________ Kabal of the Eternal Night | Modelling Blog | The Squidmaster Distractathon | Notes on being an RPG Gamesmaster |

| The design is going to closer to the aesthetic of a Warhound rather than actual existing Knights. This covers the upper canopy and leaves room for adding on. _________________ Kabal of the Eternal Night | Modelling Blog | The Squidmaster Distractathon | Notes on being an RPG Gamesmaster |

| Now this is interesting, I don't think I have ever seen 15mm barrier pipe being used for such a good cause before! I like the warhound/knight idea a lot and six of them I salute your ambition. | |

| Progress! I finally got hold of enough bases for the main five (friend having decided he doesn't want one now) so I've been able to get my own five Knights up and standing. Also a little bit of the first layer of texturing and decorating. _________________ Kabal of the Eternal Night | Modelling Blog | The Squidmaster Distractathon | Notes on being an RPG Gamesmaster |

You could give it giant bird wings and a beak with random feathers spouting out of the armor plates.

| Feathers was an option. I was a little worried it might look a tad odd (in a not great way). I suppose if its not the WHOLE thing covered in feathers...... (One other idea was to just cover it head to toe in mirrors - mirrored feathers perhaps?) _________________ Kabal of the Eternal Night | Modelling Blog | The Squidmaster Distractathon | Notes on being an RPG Gamesmaster |

| My favorite way to do tzeentch stuff is to give it two (preferably bird) heads, and the posture that they're arguing with one another. I'm not sure how you do that with a knight... for things like chaos spawn or cultists, it's pretty easy and effective.
It's also a fun mockery of the Aquila.

It's also a fun mockery of the Aquila. It'd be funny to have one of the hands as a bird head arguing with the actually head.
