Sadly that's true.The Path of Heroes is not an option, because those characters can't join any units. And in order to get a Harlequin detachment, you need 3 Troupes.

If it only were 3 Troops! You also need 2 fast attack and one heavy support, It's way to big a commitment in my opinion.

Question on the jetbike characters. If they join the squad, how are assaults determined? They don't have Fleet. That seems like a significant drawback for the unit as it is primarily for assault. How do people get around that?

Easy: every model needs Fleet, otherwise you can't use it.

That's what I was wondering. If the jetbike doesn't have it, the charge range is significantly less reliable. So it doesn't seem like a good combo to have a jetbike Autarch or Farseer...

Oops. Well jump pack autarch. Or maybe even a void dreamer. Warp blink or webway tunnel make clawed fiends kind of scary.
