I like list 2.
I think the Ravagers are more useful at AT than brace of Razorwings. Also they'll be on the board from T1, unlike the planes.

Exactly what I was thinking. Double Ravagers is a minimum for a 2000pt game. Sure the Coven stuff is great and versiltle but the Talos are slow and don't get involved offensively for a couple of game turns usually. You need something to pick off specific targets at range like a Landraider, a Vindicator, a Dreadknight, etc
