Well, from an internal balance perspective it doesn't matter. How to balance soup vs soup is a slightly different matter. I am currently pretty happy with our codex with regards to internal balance and it feels as a strong codex on top of that, but some stuff should really be adjusted (PoF, Disintegrators, Incubi, etc).

PoF is fine, without it those units wouldnt work, and there are ways to ignore invuls now anyways, MW's new weapons, relics, etc..
