-My gaming group is very laid back, so we do not roll for mission type often. So we pretty much always play annihilation.

If you don't have to worry about capturing objectives, then the list looks fine to me. Standard 3 ravagers, standard blasterborn, incubi are not bad either.

However to be competetive in more than just killing I'd try to squeeze some more troop choices in as you only have 2 of them atm. This could work out my cutting the size of the wyches/blasterborn by one model each and getting rid of one of your HQs. 250pts in HQ is overspending in a DE list from my point of view.

I can see where you're coming from.

I might reduce the Blasterborn squads by 1. My meta does not see a lot of heavily meched up armies, and 9 DL's and 6 blasters should be good.

I could remove a Haemy, but I like having a 4+ FNP on my Wyches. Now that I think about it though, that is really only good if I am forced to fight normal troops, so I think I might remove a Haemy.

Removing 2 Blasterborn and a Haemy will give me 115 points to play with. Thoughts on what I could do with it?

5 scurge? use 5 remaining pts as you wish.
3 wracks in a venom. (use remaining 25 pts elsewhere)

A succubus with agon and haywires?

I do like Scourges. What is your experience with them?

Also, has anyone have success with Mandrakes?

My experience is I just bought some... hehe. So field tested none. But if you can free up another 15 pts that 5 scurge with 2 HW Launchers. IMO the best way to run them.

I think it's a very nice list, the Haemy/Wych combo is a really powerful one so by all means keep those. No one sane would advise against Blasterborn and Ravagers, either.

In fact the only obvious weaker link is the Malys/Incubi formation. I realise it's probably a fluff thing, and any change I could suggest would depend on which you would most like to keep: be it the Incubi, you'll be better served by a regular PGL Archon; be it Malys, you might want her to have an escort with its own assault grenades. Alternatively, you could drop a Wych to make room for Malys and ditch her Incubi escort for something else entirely.

Personally, I like Incubi more than Malys.

What would go good with Malys? The only things that come to mind are Bloodbrides or Incubi, and I would prefer to have the Incubi models more then having more Wych models.

Also, those guys are really there to go against better-armored troops, like Nobs or Space Marines. On the charge that is 4(5)+2 S3 PW attacks for Malys, and 8(12) S4 PW attacks for the Incubi, for a total of 12(17)+2 PW attacks. Plus they are immune to ALL psychic powers, so no using JOTWW or something to kill them

Along with that, I can also begin to control the game as I can roll a D3 at the after deployment and move that many units. If they fall for a trick, then I control. If they catch on, then they are still reacting to me, so I am still in control. All the better for DE

So you like Incubi. Let's work with that.

Malys' deployment thingy feels kind of redundant in an all-Fast-transport army but that might just be me. So the real choice is between immunity to Psychic powers (which is nice, granted) or a PGL (which boosts Incubi over 9000). For the most direct comparison:

Of course if you only use your Incubi as a counter assault unit, disregard all this. Only experience proves what fits your style.

I could definitely see how that goes well. I will do some testing to see how it all works out (between the PGL Archon and Malys), but if I am not mistaken, when I posted a list on DakkaDakka, Thor helped me out.

Also, the Archon you posted would work really well, as all I would have to do to fit that in would be too take off grisly trophies (which is there mostly because I could not figure out what else to put in, plus it gives me a really good reason to personalize Malys' Venom
