hmmmm its interesting iv not seen any foot lists at all yet with DE and i only know a hand full of players(excluding the tinternet)

Yeah if your opponent is unprepared for it you can really upset them as you have 3 possible points of entry (2 WWP and your own board edge so if you place the portals effectively you can get charges as you come on 75% of the time.

Liquifier is good 50% of the time and just a flamer the rest of it.
Casket of flensing is ok but too random to rely on

Chronos is good in a foot list as it can help spread out paintokens to your units prior to the assault, it's weapons are all ap3 so it's a marines nightmare and anything str3 can't hurt it.

Scourges are in the way I use them a reliable vehicle stunner, which doesn't sound like much but stunning a dread before it gets assaulted is awesome (as you now hit on WS with grenades not 6's).

iv wanted 2 try scourges n thats not a bad idea
