Your talos doesn't fit, he doesn't move as fast as the rest of your army, and will get left behind. I would take him out and got up to 9 reavers in each of those squads, a second splinter cannon on your venom without two.
you should still have some points left over to upgrade other things I think.

Also when typing out your list you shouldn't put the stock things of the unit. Example: the basic armor and weapons. For two reasons, one it makes it a little harder for people to find the upgrades you are adding to the unit, and two it comes close to breaking the rules about putting published material on the web.

You're not allowed to list the point cost of individual models or upgrades, please remove them as per forum rules.

Also have to agree with ravengoescaw: Talos doesn't fit in this all-shooty list. I also think you poured to many points in the splinterborn. Someone had the different options for the duke math-hammered once and if I remember correctly a 20 man blob squad with 2 splinter cannons had a dangerous damage output with him. If you don't mind the static unit that is. Other than that I'd probably put him with 9 regular KW in a raider.
