flyer, turbo boost, evade 4+cover?

Just a question about flyers.
In the rulebook in the USR section under jink saves it says. That if a model with tjis special rule moves flat out or turbo boosts. It instead gains a 4+ cover save....

Does this work for flyers that turbo boost? Because "evading" says that you get a jink save special rules

Well technically a Flyer opts to go Flat Out. But I don't see why not in the rulebook. So yeah, 4+.
