| HEY LOOK, it's the Void Raven!!! Awww, you blinked? Sorry, you missed it then. Yes folks, our cousins have arrived with their new shiny this month, but they forgot to bring the VR with them. Useless sods, no wonder we left them in deep space. In spite of that little mental slip on their part, we still decided to have another Archon's Painting Challenge and dedicate it to them - you are all going to sign up for that, aren't you? Whether you do, or whether you have some other painting you want to get done, sign yourselves up here and make a vow about what you are going to build/paint/convert during the month of June. Show us your progress with a picture, but don't sweat it, unlike the real Commorragh, we do operate on the honour system. Pics are still nice though. Denizens and their vows for the month of June (completed in purple):

Gobsmakked - finish and paint 2 Reaper conversions, and convert and paint Wraithseer.
Bearded Dan - paint 20 Wyches.
Creeping Dementia - paint 1 Sliscus stunt-double, 10 wyches, and 3 Commissars.
Spellcheck2001 - finish painting 1 squad of Wyches and 1 Raider.
Count Adhemar - complete 1 Cronos, 1 squad of Grotesques, and possibly 1 squad of Wracks.
Facelessabsalom - paint 5 Wyches.
The Burning Eye - paint 1 War Walker for the Archon's Challenge: Stage 5, magnetise and paint spare arms and heads for Trueborn, and finish converting Sliscus.
Tyrant Lord 73 - paint 2 Warriors and 6 Reavers, and finish painting 1 Venom, 2 Ravagers, and 2 Raiders.
Evil Space Elves - paint 6 Jetbikers for the Archon's Challenge and 1 Spiritseer, assemble 1 Riptide, and paint 1 Epic IG Banebalde company.

Well, my 2 Reaper conversions are very close to done, so I will finish them off and get them painted this month. And I will convert a Wraithseer and paint it for Stage 5 of the Archon's Challenge painting contest.

| A Cronos Parasite Engine for me, to accompany the Talos I did last month. Then I'm converting and painting my Grotesques, inspired by Eye of Error's beautiful work on Ogre Warspears. | Paint 1 war walker for the Archon's challenge.
Magnetise and paint shardcarbine arms and spare heads to allow kabalite warriors to be switched for use as trueborn in my synergy list.
Win at least one game with the synergy list so that I can start whittling it down for Throne of Skulls.
Finish converting Sliscus.

| I HAVE 2.5 MONTHS OFF! :twisted(and I'm too broke to take an actual vacation  ) For June I would like to get back into form by finishing a few things that have haunted my painting desk. -For the Archon's Challenge: Finish a unit of 6 Jetbikers that have been half-done for a while now -A shiny new Spiritseer -Assemble(finally) my Riptide. | WIP shot of the Spiritseer:  Just have to highlight the 3,000,000 gems and get the runes for the robe sorted out. I also bought a Crimson Hunter and additional Vyper for my 1500 CWE list. | Grots are finished. Just about managed the last one last night. Now just need to take some pics and get them up here. Wracks didn't really get off the ground. | Sprayed gloss on the Epic IG Baneblade company this morning:  The command tank was converted to have a commissar. (If you play Epic you know how important macro weapon attacks are for assaults) And yes, I had to explain why I was laughing while I painted it. I showed her this pic:  I was a bit sidetracked this month and had mixed results with getting my vow completed. I completed the Spiritseer and Baneblade company, failed to complete the jetbikes or assemble the Riptide. I did manage to get the following done in addition to (or rather than) my vow: -Started paint on 3 Eldar rangers -Painted an Epic 40k Shadowsword tank -Started paint on 2 Epic 40k Thunderbolts -Started paint on an Eldar Farseer -Painted the pilot for an Eldar Crimson Hunter and started assembly for paint this month.  _________________ "Solutions are good, how many dark eldar archons can you find sitting in their throne rooms whining that they used to rule the universe? | Actually finished my vow for June, I finally polished off the two additional Reapers at some ungodly hour last night, having lost all motivation for them by mid-month when I hadn't even finished constructing them. Not completely happy with a couple of aspects, but I can fix them in the near future and for now they are fine.
