Nothing stays the same forever, but this could be a significant loss for GW. Among other figs, he did the new Lelith for our current codex, the Medusae, and also worked on the Scourges and Hellions.

That is a shame. This doesn't bode well for GW as far as female sculpts go, as he seemed to be about the only one who could get them right. His 3e Banshees are my favourite of them all (sorry Jes!), and I much prefer the old daemonettes done by him than the new ones. And, of course, Lelith! Well, let's hope him success in his new venture.

He also sculpted Urien and had a hand in the Wracks and Grotesque.
Drazhar was sculpted by Chris Fitzpatrick.
I'm sure he has done other things that GW are sitting on, I wouldn't be surprised if he has sculpted one or two of our missing characters.
