Exarch Power question

So this is stupid question time. On pg 104 in the first heading for exarch powers it says fear, feel no pain, etc. Now I looked thru each aspect entry for what the exarch powers are and what they can get and I don't see feel no pain for any of them. So, does this mean that they get it automatically?

I suspect it's an editing error. You certainly do not get FNP automatically though!
