750 Starting list

So, put simply i have recently started to collect Dark Eldar. They are my first 40k army and I have fully painted and built this 750 piont list and had some success with it;

HQ
Archon (Ghostplate Armour, Shadowfield, Blaster, Combat Drugs) 125

Troop
9 Warriors (Raider w/Flickerfield, Splinter Racks, Nightshield,) 171
5 Warriors (Venom w/2nd Splinter Cannon, Flickerfield) 110
5 Warriors (Venom w/2nd Splinter Cannon, Flickerfield) 110

Heavy Support
1 Ravager (Flickerfield) 115
1 Ravager (Flickerfield) 115

TOTAL 746

What I am hoping is some advice on where to take this list next for 1000 and 1500 point lists and any changes that could be made to my initial list to improve upon it.

I would dump the Combat Drugs & Ghostplate Armour on the Archon and use the points to take a special weapon of some sort....something cheap like a Venom Blade ideally, and then you can funnel the leftover points into a Blaster on one of the Warrior units.

I'd dump at least two of the Raider's upgrades for another Blaster.

Maybe Nightshields would work better....you can get a 5+ save just by moving, after all.
