So I noticed we have a section in the Wiki for Kabals. I see a good number of Kabals and I'm not sure if those listed include any of the custom Kabals of people on this site.
I was curious if we where adding people's custom kabals to the wiki or not. Is that a thing? And if so, how does one go about doing that?

The wiki is just for official lore. There's a list for home made Kabals in the Kabals section. I believe Psycheer is running that now.
