First Attempt with 7E - 1850 pts

Dark Eldar:

6x5 Warriors in Venoms - 630

9 Grotesques - 315

3x5 Scourges with 4 Haywires - 360

Scourges deepstrike or start in hiding - their job is to take out key armored targets that Sslyth and Grotesques cannot hurt.

Venoms start on the board - they try to hide until reinforcements arrive.

The only glaring problem I see is no AA and little AT.

3 units of scourges can do AT pretty well if thwy aren't blown apart first. I highly recommend them being on the field from the start. If not you don't get them until turn 2 at the earliest, and with bad reserve rolls your only AT in the army is gone.

Consider taking out a unit of scourges for a Razorwing. The AA will be helpful, and can still pop tanks if their is nothing in the air to shoot

Seems interesting ! Hell, those 9 Sslyth must have cost you an arm...

Haven't purchased the Sslyth yet - and will probably convert them since I'm pretty anti-finecast.

Flyers will give me fits, but I'm hoping that I can have pretty good board control with my 2 big units. Who knows, maybe Flyers will be too much for me.

The only reason I think I would deepstrike the Scourges is that they're so darn fragile. Having them pop in somewhere relatively safe (thank goodness for 24" range on Haywires), gives me some flexibility.

I could swap 2 units of Venoms (and drop a Grot or Sslyth) for 2 Talos for more AT.
