The only glaring problem I see is no AA and little AT.
3 units of scourges can do AT pretty well if thwy aren't blown apart first. I highly recommend them being on the field from the start. If not you don't get them until turn 2 at the earliest, and with bad reserve rolls your only AT in the army is gone.
Consider taking out a unit of scourges for a Razorwing. The AA will be helpful, and can still pop tanks if their is nothing in the air to shoot
