like all other dark eldar, the kabalites of the twilight blade are tall, lithe, and pale skinned. The dark eldar have millennial lifespans. The kabalite warriors and trueborn of the twilight blade are famous for their dark sliver armor, and for their helmets. Each warrior spends days on end working on their helmets. They will have trophies of the heads killed by the warrior.
The kabal of the twilight blade fights like any other kabal. hit and run raids, attacking before the enemy can react. They also have a large number of scourge mercenaries in their ranks. This is because they control one of the largest factories in commoraugh. it is 6 full city block and trillions of slaves work there. Therefore, the kabal is very rich, so can afford to hire lots of scourges and other mercenaries.
The kabal controls 9 to 10 city blocks, 6 of them are one factory for weapons and the like. the other 3-4 are the palaces of the higher ranking dracons, and the palce of the high archon, whose name has been kept a secret for so long, he doesn't remember it anymore. He is simply known as, "the silver assasin." for has been known to kill other dracons because of their name. All of the dracons have 9 letter names because of this.
the kabal of the twilight blade is increasing its raids against many races, specifically the orks, because the high archon finds them very annoying. they also sponser a wych cult, the cult of the veiled assasin. They are almost all able to decapitate at least 9 warriors at a time, as to not draw the ire of archon.
As with most kabals, they have their own coven of haemonculi that make them almost immortal. The coven of eternal thirst specializes in body modification and regeneration.
The kabal of the twilight blade is slowly growing in standing in the dark city. Rising slowly to the upper spires of comoraugh they have recently taken command of many lesser kabals. In this way has the kabal amassed more then 10 new blocks of city coverage. Not many know of this, because none of the rulers were deposed of they just serve the silver assasin now.

Nice fluff, though why the 9? It's a good adition but why, just to find a reason to kill servants.

And you're right aout the orks they are quit annoying XD
