First Tournament list 1850

Greetings fellow space sex perverts!
This Sunday I will be bringing the wrath of Vect upon the lower races in a somewhat big tournament and I wanted to know what your thoughts are on my list

Keep in mind that the list is already submitted (I was kind of hard-pressed time wise) so I am looking for tactical advice on this specific list

Succubus with Archite glaive, The Armour of Misery, Webway portal,

2 Kabalite Trueborn x5 with Blasters in a venom with 2 splinter canons

10 Kabalite Warriors inside a Raider with a Dark Lance , Enhanced Aethersails , Nightshield and Splinter Racks

9 Wyches inside a Raider with a Dark Lance , Enhanced Aethersails , Nightshield , Splinter Racks and a Torment Grenade Launcher

1 Razorwing Jetfighter with 2 Dark Lances, 4x Monoscythe Missile, Nightshield , Splinter Cannon  

12 Reavers with 4x Cluster caltrops 4x Heat lance and an Arena champion  

5 Scourges with 4 Blasters

Formation: Dark Artisan

1 Cronos with Spirit Probe  

1 Haemonculus with Flesh Gauntlet and a Webway portal

1 Talos with  Chain-Flails and  Twin-linked heat lance

I haven’t had a chance to field our new codex yet and I am pretty sure that there’s a lot more that we can do with our new books but that’s the list I came up with so any advice on how to use it effectively will be much appreciated!
