1850 tournament list

I have a short time to put a list together and play test if befire a tournament in January, so I'm looking for feedback on a list I've put together, it's based on a MegaBox and some second hand models I've bought. I've yet to play a game in 6th Edition at this level (I'm mainly a Fantasy player but that got cancelled due insufficient numbers), and have limitied opportunities to properly test.

I can substitute in more Kabalite Warriors, Wyches, Hellions or Reavers if these are better options than what I have used.

My basic tactis will be to use the Bloodbrides and Incubi in combat with fire support from the Kabalite Warrioes and vehicles. The Raxorwing will provide anti-air (and I like the model!). Do I need FF and NS? FF and NS will help in the first turn if my opponent gets to start but I can't see them being much ise after that. The small unit of Wyches is to grab objectives late in the game and I'm not intending to use them out of the Venom until I need to.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't take the Flickerfields on the Raiders and Ravagers as you can move and shoot for the same save (5+). Also Dark Lances on Warriors means that 9 other models aren't usually firing that turn.

I would also drop the 6 Hellions and take 3 more Reavers w/ 1 more Heat Lance - either to join the current unit or operate as a small tank sniping sqaud.

I 100% agree with 1++

1++ has it right although a possible alternative you could do with the hellions is add the baron and beef up the size of the squad, just know you gotta go big or go home with them as in they don't really become as useful until you get large size squads of them, also make sure you know your goal with the razorwing. Is it for dogfights? Consider the voidraven instead. Pure Anti infantry take dissies and either up all the missiles or just leave them stock. Is it multipurpose so you can use as mainly Anti infantry but with the back up of being able to take down tanks and the occasional flyer you can't outmaneuver then keep it cheap and use the stock missiles plus dark lances so it isn't over costing you preventing you from getting more stuff in elsewhere but feel free to add if you have extra points that can't really go anywhere else. Keep the FF though on it whichever course you decide to take as it means you don't have to evade to give yourself a chance of staying alive, and make sure you don' think you're spending excess points to get the NS as they might not be needed as much on the Razorwing since it mainly would be targeted by long range Anti tank

Thanks for your feedback, I've changed my list as per your suggestions. Kabalite weapons have changed, FF's removed,no Hellions but I've kept the Razorwing using the balanced loadout as per wittykid. All of this means 2 x 6 groups of Reavers with 2 x HL per unit.

I do have one question though: Does no FF mean I'm vulnerable if my opponent has the first turn/shot?

Yes it does. Just use terrain first turn and you'll be fine

FF is an Invul save, and doesn't matter if you move or not. Jink is a cover save that is earnt after moving.
