How big is your Kabal/Coven/Cult?

Not sure I've added up the points.

Everything listed above is at least base coated.  Probably 90% of it is "done".  Done usually means about 15 different paints applied..  Although I'm really considering repainting a few as I've finally decided on an army wide scheme.  Also there are another 20 warriors to assemble - I just haven't needed them.  I'll see if I can put together a pic sometime this week.

Turns out the mssive game im having is now vs GK, and my total list, with a few more bits added is actually 5500!!
I will get some pics of it, as both armies are mostly painted, so should look good

My army comes in at about 4000 pts. I have about 400 pts. of that painted. I am definitely a player first, modeller second, and painter a very distant third. The beautiful models make it easy to buy and assemble. Then I don't want to mess them up with my sub-par painting skills.

GK is a pretty easy army for us to table. When I'm facing them, anything with "Cleansing Flame" is a high priority target.

So there I was pulling out some models from my carry case to work on a re-basing project I've been putting off for a while and it occurred to me (sadly) that I should really pull the Wyches out of my case on a more permanent basis - because...well, I'm just not going to be fielding them so why waste the space lugging 30 or so Wyches around?

So, with that in mind I thought I'd take a snapshot of the Wyches and then I thought - darn, why not snag an army pic while you're here? You often ask others to do that, so you should too!

It's not my full collection, it's not even the fully painted collection, but it's definitely a lot of points of painted DE in one spot.




Yes, that is about 15 Blaster toting models hanging out there.

I'm in the middle of a four day weekend....tempted to do the army shot. With the old 3rd edition "heritage" models I'm at roughly 9-10,000pts painted.

The warspear ones are not bad to work with, easy to cut and trim and the talos stuff fits well! Also miles cheaper

Since the new Codex came out, I have been on a spending spree, so on my workstation are: 5 Scourges, 5 Mandrakes, 2 Medusae, 2 (converted) Haemonculi, 1 Grotesque.  Pictures will follow once they're painted in my project thread.  If you want to see any of my models in more detail, they are all on my Flickr page (via link in my sig).

I'm going to hazard a guess as to why you got one more Grotesque, I have the same problem myself, but I'm trying to find a lone warspear to tie it in with the rest of the squad!

Thor, Re: Lelith, since you'll find no worthy opponents my suggestion is to split your force in half, and wage a war of two Leliths, one against the other. Fluff: someone wants to take her job, so they arranged an accident on a raid, body parts were collected and returned to Lelith's favorite haemonculus, but it was such a soup of genetic material that he wasn't able to separate it all, after consideration, he split it into batches, thinking that

Plastikente - if the Void Dragon and Kharybdiss were legit for beastpacks, I doubt I'd bother fielding anything else!

And the rest of you, those numbers are sexy too...

Personally, I'm representing the Trueborn babies, still pooping in their little thorny baby diapers. Almost everything I've got is at least black basecoat + bronze armor, but I've been really struggling to find a color scheme that works with the dominant bronze. With no upgrades I have 1083p built:

19 Kabalite warriors....and another Kabalite warrior wielding two venom blades (and I worked so hard on that reversed grip  )

6 hellions and one..................................improperly equipped hellion (damn you GW)

Many thanks. Best part is he was made out of scraps of raider passengers and spares so no extra money spent!same with the two "bloodbrides" with Lilith (the first dark eldar model I did). As all the kits are compatable you can make up a few unique models fairly easily as you accumulate bits!

The Haemocules is a renegade chaos sorcerer from forgeworld that I found in my mates bits box which he gave me and the Grots are conversions from another game. They are called Everblight Warspears and they are great Grot models with a bit of trimming, green stuff and spare Talos/Chronos bits which fit perfectly. They also come in packs of five and are miles cheaper than the games workshop break dancing model!
