| I'm recently running my Archon mostly with court in a venom, especially having an archon with two ur ghuls appeals to me visually. It's almost similar to the Joker at the end of the Dark Knight - dark knight spoiler:
where he sents his dogs on Batman before attacking him himself.
However to me the Ur Ghul don't look as ferocious as I'd like them to look, so I wanted to start looking for alternative models. They should look ferocious and beast-like, if you have any ideas then please let me know _________________ Kabal of the Forsaken Masquerade Coven of the Flayed Man

| What type of look are you going for? you could always swap the head for some wolf heads if you want the pet dog thing. Or if you want the same look try some dnd ghasts or feral zombies. | |

Or if you want the same look try some dnd ghasts or feral zombies. Those look pretty cool. I'm looking for something beast-like and alien. I also thought these looked pretty cool, but they don't quite hit the mark: http://heresyminiatures.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_10_24&products_id=85 _________________ Kabal of the Forsaken Masquerade Coven of the Flayed Man

| Some more hound creatures, seem more creepy. Reaper has a lot of nice models. https://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/hound/latest/14638 https://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/hound/latest/50289#detail/50289_p_1_mj _________________ "Hear our call children of the void, listen to the screams of your brothers and sisters, see the raining ash from your home. | I have a couple of Ghoul Kings from the VC Terrorgheist kit. I had the same issues with the UG's and these bear more than a passing resemblance, but are ever so slightly bigger, and a bit beefier and much more vicious looking. I will post a pic later. EDIT - here you go, Elzadar. I have two for now, they were cheap from a bitz supplier and I plan on re-posing them a bit to differentiate them. I might also greenstuff their eyes and foreheads to match the UG's, but I have been meaning to do all this for a couple of years now, so ..... _________________ Mod Squad Forum rules, please read ................. or else we release the Khymerae! The Serpents' Breath - the Dark Eldar corsair scourge Hive Fleet Void Riven & WIP thread | |
