1750 pts for Tournament

It is my first post on Dark city which I've been following for a long time and want to be involved a bit more.

This are 1750 pts list for a 50 players tournament, with likely 5-8 AM players:

1st list:
Archon Blaster WWP
5 Trueborn 4xBlaster Raider DL/Nightshield
5 Trueborn 4xBlaster Venom dual SC

3x 5 Kabalites Blaster Venom dual SC
2x 5 Kabalites Venom dual SC

8 Khymera 2 Razorwing flock 2 Beastmaster
2 x Razorwing jetfighter

2x Ravager 3xDL


2nd list:

Succubus Glaive/Haywire
4 Grotesques Aberation Scissorhand Raide Dis/Nightshield/Sail
5 Trueborn 4xBlaster Raider DL/Nightshield
5 Trueborn 4xBlaster Venom dual SC

4x 5 Kabalites Blaster Venom dual SC

2 x Razorwing jetfighter 2xDL

2x Ravager 3xDL

I find the second list more solid, but I'm used to the WWP with Blasterborn and think it is a very strong trick agaisnt AM.

Can you give me your thoughts?

The second list is very good. I would drop night shields on grot raider and the DL on the blaster born to add DL to the jet fighters to allow them to threat anything. Other than that very solid list.

The first list is just missing a mele threat to counter the opponent.

Second looks better to me too, I'm guessing the beasts are there as a combat threat in the first list?

Both Razorwing have DL

The beast are a combat threat, but I feel that with all the Wywern out there, they will give an easy first blood.

The strengh of the first list is that both Blasterborn can be deep striked, the one with Archon using WWP, and the other one as the Venom is quite small and should fit where needed.

On the other hand, Grotesques and Succubus can't really go wrong.

With ds the raider will still be OK u can manipulate it so it's body is not in impassable terrain easy

That's true.

I will go for the 2nd list. I've got a good feeling with it and think it is the strongest one. It's good to have a few more opinions. Thanks.
