Returning to 40k with a fun / semi-competitive list!

As the title says, I've been taking a break from 40k and am returning to it. The list I put together is a list meant to be "all arounder" and it's main strength lies withing target saturation. -->

5*Scourges --- 4*Haywire blaster

8*Reaver Jetbikes --- 1*Arena champion, 3*Cluster caltrops

1*Razorwing Jetfighter --- 4*Monoscythe missiles, 2*Disintegrators, twin-linked splinter rifle

HEAVY:

TOTAL: 1850

So here it is, will my AT be enough and 4 haywire blasters in a unit of scourge is it too much for that small unit ? Does my list lack a punch or does it have what it takes to be a good all rounder ?

Mandrakes got boosted and I had exactly 140pts left to use, so I decided to put them on mandrakes, not sure if they are worth it but atleast they look cool and can shoot without a pain token and I have the models set up allready ^^

You have the same AT as I do, but you don't have the Dark Artisan formation, which I do and I play 1500 ... and I don't have enough AT. You need more Unfortunately, I don't really know how to get more into my list, so can't really help you either

I've found Mandrakes a good way to give away first blood, unfortunately. They shoot lots and are a pain in the bum for your opponent, but in too many games get shot down far too easily.

You might have to play with Reavers, I believe they work best in 3's or 6's, rather than 9's.

The AT has always been a big problem for me, I mean it looks good on when making the list but then after a playtest it always feels like I need it more.

Well I toyed first with the idea of 6*3 reavers 'cause in the past I played them always at max 6 guys, due to them being more offensive now via HoW I think I'll try them as a they are, it's easy to change if it doesn't work

How can a unit with infiltrate and stealth*shroud give firstblood so easily ? bad deployment or too aggressive ?
