I am woefully late with posting this thread, my sincere apologies. RL and all that Evil or Very Mad

I assume that there are lots of Harlequin models out there getting painted, just being kept secret for the Masque of Cegorach painting competition? Excellent!

For those of you not entering the painting competition, however, and those of you not painting Harlequins *le gasp!* , tell us what you plan to achieve in the remainder of March in your hobby workshop. Whatever it is, if you fulfill your vow, your name will be emblazoned in TDC's patent-pending, trademark-lawsuit-pending Commorraghan purpleTM!

Denizens and their vows for the month of March (completed in purple):

SpellCheck2001 - paint 5 Lions for a Beast Pack and 2 Space Wolves Drop Pods. Finish 1 venom and crew.

Marrath - paint 5 Kabalite Warriors and 1 Archon.

Omega1907 - finish painting 4 Harlequins.

The Burning Eye - paint 20 Kabalite Warriors, 1 Kinder Easter Egg surprise, 3 Grotesques, and 1 Grotesque Raider.

Nexs - paint 2 squads of Wyches, and 5 Sslyths-s-s-s-s-s.

Count Adhemar - MOAR sleep!

Dragontree - paint 8 plus another 18 Black Templars.

Evil Space Elves - paint 5 Dark Reapers, 9 Scorpions, and Karandras. Plus, 1 Wraithlord, 1 Wraithknight, 2 War Walkers, and 1 Harlequin test model.

5 lions for my beast pack

2 drop pods for my space wolves

And ++++confidential material++++++ done too

Finish painting 5 Kabalite Warriors and one Archon.

I want to try finishing my troupe (that's 4 models left), something a bit more special for the competition. That's not many models, but those diamond patterns are already starting to drive me crazy jocolor

But, should I manage to do the aforementioned, I'll start with the first skyweaver, have a few ideas for it, that want to be tested Smile

I should note that 10 warriors are already done in week one, and I've been working on the grotesques on and off for a while, so they won't need to be done from scratch.

I started 2 units of wyches the other week which i'll finish. Also, I plan to finish my 5 Sslyth models (converting them to look slightly unique from one another).
Such fun.

Forgot to add this to my list but finished my venom and crew finally a couple of days ago Smile

One word.

Stunning.

My vow this month is to get more sleep! Wit a new baby on the scene, by the time I get both kids and the wife to bed I'm struggling to keep my eyes open and my painting has come to a grinding halt! Next month though I'm hoping to be back up and running and a long-awaited project will be started and (possibly) completed!

I was originally going to vow a squad of 8 black templars but I have already completed them!

So In addition to those 8 I vow to paint 18 more to make 26 in total!

I also got round to 'properly' basing my terminators in the foreground left of that picture.

And my inquisitor is just hanging around with them cos you know, flame the heretic and all that jazz.

Should be mid-April sometime I reckon. Started on the last touches to the grotesques last night, so hoping to have them done this week, do the raider over the weekend then finish the comp entry and other warriors next week. That'll leave me with 3 more reavers and a venom for my basic 1850 list, and 1 1/2 months to get to town on some of the rest of my collection (Incubi raider, another warrior raider, another warrior squad (possibly done as Trueborn) 3 more Incubi, Talos/Cronos, the list goes on...)

Finished the final 10 (apart from a couple of bases that still need a wash and drybrush but I'm going away for the week with my partner so this as doen as they'll get in march!)

Very pleased to have busted out 26 figures in a month, fairly low quality but I'm not aiming for my best with these guys I just want them painted to play with!

I really like that Aleph model Dragontree. I have an Japanese sectorial army I am working on (also got the Morat bug but cant decide on a colour scheme yet). Great to see another infinity player Smile

The burning eye, that raider looks awesome! I like the blend of red and black. Grotesques and warriors look amazing too
