250 HoR Kill Team List C&C

I'm very much new to HoR, and Kill Team in general, and am looking for general viability comments and crit on this first stab at a list. I was excited about all the wargear so i may have unnecessarily loaded up my leader.

Leader:
Helliarch - modified biology, master of the skies, vile reputation, power sword

Core:
7 Hellions
3 Reavers, 1 Cluster caltrop

Special:
1 Grotesque

I guess my general idea is that the helliarch and his gang run harassment and tarpitting while reavers deal with priority targets, giving the grot time to get stuck in with the big guys.
