Hellions provide some mobility, but most armies get JSJ, which will just ruin your day.
Thought these things had to be 200 pts too...

in Heralds of Ruin kill team you can play a standard skirmish with 250 pts or 300 if both players agree to vehicle's, i think your thinking of normal GW Kill team.
