Darn... So no Haemonculus with archangel for me. At least not from a grotesques formation.

You can get an Archon with it and attach him to a unit and hammi. Not the formation but a unit.

I did it without the supplement and beat him 8 to 1 victory points!

There you go. The formation has some special rules, but grots stomp people.

I neglected a flank and fought half of his army with all of mine and after that I stomped the rest. Left only 6 guardsmen alive.
The grotesques bomb with portal Blaster Archon with Armour of Misery and a Haemonculus with archangel and three grotesques is absolutely devastating!

Toughness 5 rocks. That squad annihilated almost all of his command structure when they arrived the second turn.

Hmmm......what were they armed with?

The grotesques? Half of them with a Liquifier Gun. I used a four men squad. No additional war gear.
