My first army list

Hi guys, I am new and I just started playing 40k. I currently have 20 kabalite warriors and 5 venoms. But this is the list that I am thinking about working toward. This list is 751 (i know i am 1 over) points.

20 kabalite warriors
1 lhamaean
5 venoms 4 with splinter cannons
6 reaver jet bikes with 2 cluster caltrops
1 razorwing jet fighter with 2 dark lances

Thoughts? I am aware that I will probably need to get my opponent's permission to run a 751 army.

Pt isn't bad at all for 750 pts. It is mobile, has plenty of dakka, has lots of ObSec for maelstorm. As a starter list it's fine.
