4700 points of ig vs dark eldar

I'm playing a campaign sort of game against ig I'm using dark eldar I have 5 venoms 6 raiders 3 ravagers 1 void raven 1 razorwing 5 scourges 2 talos 6 grotesques 1 archon urien rakarth 1 succubus 9 wyches 15 wracks 4 squads of 4 reavers 12 hellions 10 incubi drazar a couple court of the archon models 54 warriors 5 models for a trueborn squad. and that's about it. There's no allies allowed no lords of war allowed I plan on using the covens book for a couple formations this is really for fun not for a crazy just destroy him list. I fully expect to see a hydra probably a couple wyverns probably some flyers a couple lemun russes and a metric ton of infantry (ig is an army he owns 10k points in) he will probably be using 2 hell bounds as well since dark eldar hate flamers. He has alot of tanks of a variety a couple basalisks and stuff like that any ideas for what to try. I don't know if I will be able to buy any new models so keep in mind for that

What could work is using a null deployment style army based around the scalpel squadron and maybe the two talos in a squad as back up, put everything else in reserves. I would also try and fit in the grotesquerie as well in the raiders at 3 grots a piece with Urien. If he's gonna be using a bunch of fliers, try to go 2nd so that your two planes can have the first shots at his flyers. Sounds like he's gonna try and set up a parking lot and bubble wrap it with bodies. Drop his long range tanks with the voidraven if he's silly enough to group them up. The grotesquerie would be very good at breaking any of his infantry squads that would be able to open up some holes for your land based AT to exploit. There's some good articles on here about how to effectively use a Null Deployment and I highly recommend checking them out. Good luck and I hope to here how you do!

Good luck and have fun! I'm currently preparing for a 5000pt game vs Blood Angels. Pure DE, no allies (but I wouldn't anyway) no maximum on the number of CADs, Formations, Detachments etc so cannot wait. Let me know how you go!!

played with Corpsefiend once (only 3k tho) against IG, it Pop a Tank turn 1, then another turn in a squad so I got the charge and pop the rest of the Squad, continued onto the Monacore (Spelling?) and killed that.

Hey guys figure I'd give you an update on what happend the game officially ended in a tie we agreed for a 6 turn game and we both agreed had the game gone to a 7th turn I would have most definitely won. The objective was to hold the strong point in the center of the board until the end of the game and it went very back and fourth all game. He had the steel host formation from the red waagh book and 2 combined arms detachments alot of tanks and very little in the way of troops for the size of his army. I ran the real space raiders detachment and the grotesqery and the scalpel squadron and the corpse thief claw I also tried the fighter ace rules out again but didn't really get the best one ever. The full video bat rep should hit youtube sometime in the next couple of days and I will be sure to share it. Hope you guys watch it and we decided to drop to 4k instead of 4700 points
