So I have been mauling over my 1850 list. Please do inform me what you all think.

You don't need the armor. Otherwise it's good. Too bad you don't have some Medusa..

You must take your best save at all times. Can't swap in between the two

You have the advantag of using its best save, not has to. You HAVE to use your best cover save. You can elect to use either armor or invul save.

"A model only ever gets to make one saving throw, but it has the advantage of always using the best available save."

I was looking but as I cannot find what I was looking for, you are correct. Still having a save after a save is good enough. Though now I may transfer the extra points somewhere else.

Archon = Switch Blaster to blast Pistol. Yes shorter range but with WWP you can land where you want. Plus this gives you the bonus +1 attack in HTH, which is where he will be most of the game anyway. I don't give my Archon any shooting weapon past the Splinter pistol.

Trueborn, My opinion is the Splinter Cannons are a waste. You are going to be firing at tanks most of the time you are wasting 15 points on each squad.

You also have a lot of points in those raiders. (never really liked Enhanced Aethersails) Only gives you an extra 6 inches when flatting out.

Warrior Squads, Blaster or Splinter cannon, not both. I would lean toward splinter Cannon as you have Splinter Racks on the raiders. Yes I know a lot of people like the versatility but you are paying for that versatility. I prefer the extra unit.

Use that 100 Points to get 4 Medusa for the Empty Venom.
