| Very nice. Can't wait to see 'em painted! Are you going to do any basing on the flying bases? | |

| I've thought about doing basing on the skimmer bases and am still torn as to how to do it. | |

| I usually take normal bases instead, they have small holes on the under side which you can drill out. They are easier to base. I like those poses, very cool. Nice also that you put in wych weapons and such. | |

I do the same thing, and would recommend to everyone. The flyer bases just don't look good. Not when left blank and not when based with flock and such.

Yup. I didn't glue the driver in. I'm going to do black/tinted canopies. Hopefully, I can pull something off with a high reflection. If not, I'm not too worried about it. Less work is good.

| I do that too, but that is because the eldar drivers look horrible... Not sure how I will do with my DE ones. | |

| So here's thinking about paint. I'd like to see what you all think, especially some of the finer painters. This is what I'm thinking. GW Paint First/Reaper Paint Second. And for the record, I'll be using Reaper Paints. Kabalites: Imperial Purple/Deep Amethyst armor. Goblin Green/Field Green accents. Burnished Gold/New Gold metal shoulder pads. Mithril Silver/Polished Silver guns. Chaos Black/Pure Black under-armor. Deviations: I want my forces to look unified, yet distinctly separate. Incubi will have white faces, similar armor. Wyches will have a reversed paint scheme with armor and accents. Haemonculi will have a completely different paint scheme (yet to be decided) with Kabalite armor paint. Hellions will follow closely to Wyches. Reavers will follow closely to Kabalites. | |

| Solid theory, now throw on some paint!
You'll only get a real feel for the colour scheme by putting brush to plastic.
Best of luck.

| I don't know if you have begun paint yet. I'm not feeling the green color as an accent. I did a model s few years back that has somewhat of a similar scheme. Take a look and see if this is kind of what you are going for or not. Eldar banshee | |
