New player 1000pts, advice appreciated

Hi everyone, I've only just started to collect dark and just wondering if this would be a good starting army to start my collection with that's fun to play and not going to destroy me everygame .

HQ:
-Succubus with Archite glaive, haywire grenades and splinter pistol

Elites:
-4 Incubi in a venom with a splinter cannon (Succubus will be with them)

Troops:
-10 kabalite Warriors with splinter cannon, blaster and Sybarite with haywire grenades, power sword and splinter pistol, in raider with disintegrator cannon, nightshields and splinter racks.

-10 Kabalite warriors in raider (excact same as above^)

Fast attack:
-Razorwing Jetfighter, with 2 dark lances, splinter cannon, 4x monoscythe missiles and nightshield

Heavy Support:
-Ravager with 3 dark lances and nightshield

Get rid of the power sword. Maybe even of the Squad leader altogether but I must admit having the Haywire Grenades can be handy sometimes

I'm assuming the reason for the amount of upgrades is its the only models you have thus far. I would recommend 1-2 more venoms to start with (even empty ones.) you can afford these just by cutting back on the upgrades in the raiders.

might consider the armour of misery on your succibus as well.
