I have made up a squad of Ten.

Leader with fleshgauntlet. And six with 2 hand weapons.

So far.

What else should I model?

None and take them as part of a scalpel squadron. Maybe those ossefactor guns but I'm not sure if they are worth it.

Ossefactors work well against everything from Space Marines to gargantuan creatures: You always wound on 2+ and ignore armor with them, and that's before factoring in secondary damage with the primary target's Toughness as Strength (but no AP). If your opponent has certain tough models you want to get rid of, the Ossefactor is a great weapon for it.

The Liquifier is worth it only against infantry hordes. You can burn through Gaunts, Guardsmen or Cultists fairly easily, but the results become uncertain from Toughness 4 and/or 4+ Armor onwards.
The fact the Aconthyst can have one as well means you can land a lot of hits, especially on overwatch. Assaulting a unit with three flamers is rarely an easy decision. But in the end, those hits aren't very reliable when it comes to wounding and armour-penetrating.

By the way, I don't think an Aconthyst with Flesh Gauntlet is really worth the points. In a min-sized unit of Grotesques, you get three Flesh Gauntlets on models with a much better profile for close combat.

Agreed. I wouldn't take Wracks just for an Ossefactor, but if I was already taking Wracks then I'd definitely max out on Ossefactors.

Also agreed. But then, I don't think any of the Acothyst weapons are worth it. Maybe the stinger pistol.

A single 2+ poison shot with AP 5 and range 12'' doesn't really make a difference in a unit of Wracks. And honestly, I can't think of any units, let alone one with 5+ armor, that I would rather wound with a single shot on a 2+ than with 10 - 32 hits on a 4+ in close combat.
The Stinger Pistol is arguably slightly better than a Venom Blade, and that at half the points, but only usable before the Wracks go into close combat.
I would rather buy one as an upgrade for a Haemonculus's Splinter Pistol, maybe, if he doesn't already have an artifact and the Parasite's Kiss isn't already taken by another character. Surprisingly, the much better Parasite's Kiss costs 5 points as well.

The Liquifier is probably the most effective gun an Aconthyst can have, even tough that doesn't mean much, and also the most expensive. But if you want to add some more firepower to a Wrack unit, this is your weapon.

The Hexrifle is a fun weapon when you roll a 6 to hit, but that's nothing to rely on. Also, if you shoot at a target that is far away, as snipers tend to do, your Wracks won't be able to charge it that turn. I'd say that makes it a good option only if your Wracks do otherwise nothing but sitting on objectives.

You can have two Liquifiers with only 5 Wracks, if you buy an Aconthyst and then him one.
But for less points, you could have 3 Medusae...
