This is an 1850 Corsair and Eldar list that I have tried out and plan on playing for awhile making small adjustments as I go.
My meta is a fairly typical west coast meta. Drop pod armies, battle demi company, necron decurion, scatter Eldar, war conviction etc...
I have had a little practice with the army and it seems like it will turn out great once I get used to using psychers (actually remembering about the psychic phase) and how to best deploy the VSG.

This list is lots of fun and really gives me solid deployment options with the VSG, reserve manipulation, outflank, scout etc... Having lots of deployment option is incredibly helpful against all of the different kinds of armies out there. The VSG really helps with alpha strike armies like drop pod armies where I might want to deploy the majority of my army and keep it safe within the void shields, or in some cases play the reserve game if I feel I will get obliterated right away.
I was a little concerned about having to make the prince my warlord, but have come to not caring so much. He is expensive, but has so far been fairly reliable. The void saber reliably kill a model or two a turn and the shadow field is very nice for keeping him around a little longer. The mask of secretes has been amazing and I won't leave home without it. Making him fearless and with the -2 LD bubble to break the enemy has been second to none.
Corsairs bikes with the brace of pistols have been great. That extra attack in combat has actually been noticeable. As well as having the shooting options.
Ghostwalkers have been great as they are low on the target propriety list and scored be enough maelstrom Strom point or stolen them etc. I first used lasblasters, but found them lacking. The brace of pistols will not be my go to with them. The extra combat ability and shooting options have been very useful. Love these guys.
The warp hunters have been great. Not OP which is nice, but constantly useful. I have even used the flamer D shots when enemy units get into my grills with great effect. I think two unit is ideal.
The new knight is very nice and I think the 5++ is crucial on this fella. I would love the extra shooting from the big guns, but find the 5++ keeps him around longer. Which is better in my opinion. Not relying on cover is very nice.
I want to try the deathshroud as well. The melta has been great, but the hellstorm and massive blast are also worth considering.
The Sky Burner Baron is wild psycher mostly for the extra power dice. I will also roll on divination and hope for forwarning or perfect timing so I can throw one or two dice at the power and not sorry too much about perils
