Grotesque flesh gauntlet / lethal dose inquiry

Greetings all,
Getting ready to run my grotesques for the first time tomorrow!
And have the following question:
Out of the total allowed attacks for the turn how many can you resolve with the flesh gauntlet /lethal dose rule?
For instance if I'm charging into combat and get 4 attacks, can I resolve all of them with my flesh gauntlet or just 1?

On a side note: even if my grotesquerie does poorly it should still be a beautiful disaster!
