I'd go with the latter as its more versitile. Maybe even change 1 dark lance to a distintegrator. And take a flicker field not a night shield!. Also split the reavers into 2 groups of 3.

the second, but I would say that having 6 reavers in 750 is alot... I would do one squad of 3, but if you want to run 6, do two squads of 3.

also flickerfields are better than nightshields anyday

If your goal is being competitive, the second list is superior.
I agree with Shadow on the changes he suggested, though admit NS/FF debates tend to be a bit off personal choice, though personally I do consider FFs superior.

Totally agree. I've been trying Night Shields with Ravagers lately. Really only works when you are being shot at by other 36" ranged weapons to be a little annoying. That being said, I pretty much use Flicker Fields.

looks to me like your archon and Incubi are footslogging into battle, which is not good, unless you plan on giving them the warriors raider.

I'd probably drop 1 incubi to put HG's on the wyches as 4 and an agoniser toting archon should be able to handle themselves quite well. However they do need a PGL to assault in to cover, so drop the archons combat drugs to get that.
