Co op tourny with nid 'battle brothers'

Hey guys! There is a co op tournament coming up and I've aligned my kabal with my friend Aaron's hive fleet.

Maelstrom of war, 1000 points per player, max one super heavy or GMC per player, reserve roll buffs extend to both team mates

We know that we will be playing Death Stars , so Aaron is bringing 3 mawlocs, swarm lord, flyrant, a couple venom thropes and 3 min squads of gaunts

I have 4 venoms with 5 kabalites in each, brining me to 420/1000 points. What else do you suggest I take? Proxying is very common here so don't worry too much about units, aside from venoms which I am out of and have no good proxys for.

Are you allowed eldar allies? If so, you should take a wraithknight.

I like running pure DE lists but I could take one. What's the smallest formation for one of those?

A combined arms detachment. Minimum cost would be 432 with this list:

1 Warlock 35
2x 3 Windrider Jetbikes 102
1 Wraithknight 295
TOTAL: 432

But I'd personally go ahead and plan on spending slightly more, like this:

1 Farseer w/Jetbike & Singing Spear 120
1x 3 Windrider Jetbikes w/ 3 Scatter Lasers 81
1x 3 Windrider Jetbikes w/ 2 Scatter Lasers 71
1 Wraithknight w/2 Scatter Lasers & 2 Heavy Wraithcannons 325
TOTAL: 597

You'd be able to run 4 venoms with 3x units of warriors and a Lhamean HQ with that second list if you wanted to utilize all 4 venoms you have.

Otherwise, if you don't want to run Eldar allies, get as many long range dark lances in as you can get, along with as many obsec units as you can get. Something like this:
