Battle Brothers DE and Eldar Army LIst Critique

Hi guys, I'm looking for some constructive criticism of mine and my mates 1500pt Tournament list for an up and coming 5 game standard Battle Brothers event at Warhammer World. Obviously we have limitations on selection, but I'd like to hear all ideas and suggestions!

So here is the list

Eldar -  Primary detachment

Farseer.

8 Rangers.
8 Rangers
10 Guardians
in Wave Serpeant, Shuriken Cannon, Holofields.

6 Swooping Hawks.

Fire Prism, Holofields.
2 Shadow Weaver Support Battery.

Dark Eldar - Allies

Succubus, Venom Blade

9 Warriors
in Raider, Night Shields, Splinter Racks.
5 Wyches, Haywire Grenades
in Venom, Extra Cannon, N.Shields.

3 Wracks
in Venom, Extra Cannon, N.Shields.

4 Reavers.

Ravager, N. Shields.

Others things to consider the tournament does not do a win, loss and draw system and what counts is the points you gather from primary and secondary objectives, which benefits Dark Eldar with the insane amount of kill points on offer in the list above.
