I am facing down the mighty Fist of Medusa Strike Force that totally crushed me last week with a 2+ Feel No Pain and Vindicators that had machine spirit (moved 12" and shot normally).

You are definitely going to need some transports for those DE elements of your lists. 5 man kabalite squads are basically bolter food and are usually taken for the venom that they can bring
Same with the incubi. 3+ save us nice but T3 is not so once again, if they aren't in a transport they are bolter food.
As for the tyranid detachment I would ditch all the upgrades on the tervigons. E-shock grubs are nice but toxin sacs, cluster spines, and the claws will almost never be worth their points
And the heirodule. Heirodule's are ok. I have both and have used each of them extensively and I feel they aren't really worth their cost. The biocannons will help against a knight but for almost double the cost of a wraithknight you don't really get anything more
