| Well, we'll see what is actually released. It's nice to know a little love may come our way - I could really care less about Eldar - Harlequins are interesting, but any bone thrown out for DE I won't complain. The gutting of HQs from our current codex took a lot of fun out of playing the faction, and it took fluff with it. The Coven supplement is nice but for the most part we have just three named HQs and they do little to buff any unit they're attached to, it's pretty sad.
I love my DE army and continue to play it, but I have little motivation to play Hellions or to buy Mandrakes - eek.
Thinking I need to send off a suggestion list to GW, as demant noted with AoS, GW does seem to be making positive changes for the community.

Mandrakes and actually many of the infiltrators heavily depend on terrain. If you play on open board - there is no use taking them. If you have city fight table with lots of buildings - they fit just naturally in any list. Same with Assault Marines and jump troops in general. Although Hellions was broken with lazy writer when they lost 1 atack. If they still had it - i'd take them.

Assuming there was a reason for the different colors of text which I think is safe to say.
Besides in fighting was a core of the fenris story and a good way to incite feelings of the end times. The whole thing is supposed to be a quote from Eldrad, and Black Watchmen is very definitely referring to the Deathwatch (Lady Atia and Sad Panda have both pretty much confirmed this, doesn't get much more reliable than that).

| I don't know how to link to a specific Facebook post but GW put up a new vid on their page for Deathwatch and hints at Eldar as well, so pretty much confirming what I said in my last post. | |

| Follow up on Faeit 212 to the 8th edition campaigns: http://natfka.blogspot.com.au/2016/08/40k-future-campaigns-part-2.html?m=1
Pasted below for your convenience kind people...
Continuing with the War of the Webway and future campaigns for 8th edition, we have some follow up tumors from the same source.
Previously from the same source. http://natfka.blogspot.com/2016/07/40k-8th-edition-campaigns-exciting-look.html?m=1
And here
http://natfka.blogspot.com/2016/07/8th-edition-campaigns-regarding-ad-mech.html?m=1
Via anonymous sources on Faeit 212 I've asked my sources about some things. Both agree that ad mech and Astra militarum will be the Imperial forces in Campaign 3, also Necrons only come in in the last part of the 3rd Campaign the mainstay of that campaign is still about Nids Vs Orks and some Imperial interactions.
One source says that sisters will have their role in Campaign 2 (EOT) but the other has no idea what role they play at all, but both seem to agree that if they are in the campaign it will be as a pre-established army (i.e they will not be getting new releases during the campaign, either they will already have them or they will come after)
Also I asked about the upcoming deathwatch vs harlequins and war zone Fenris, the response I got was: "In both cases expect some story progression but there will still be some major questions left unanswered at the end of each one as these will set the scene for the 8th edition Campaigns, think of it as being like the recent Tau books where the Tau officially 'won' but 3 problems were left unsolved: 1. The isolation due to the gulf being set on fire (the need to develop warp travel) 2. Tau itself is only just a little way away from Imperial reach and being bombed 3. The whole Ethereal problem due to AunVas assassination and shadowsun becoming more friendly with Farsight. All three of these questions will apparently be used to form the basis of the Tau Campaign and the same will be true for each respective faction for example Eldar with Warzone Valedor and the upcoming Deathwatch release."

| Haha, rumors that are 6+ months out may actually be a self fulfilling prophecy. Ill add to this "8th Edition will come out at some point in 2017 or 2018". I think I have a fairly large likelyhood of being right | |

| So, how many of those have come true so far. We've had a plastic Eldrad, remade Kharn, new Rubrics, new Ahriman, new TS Sorcerors.
What's next?
Personally, from that list I'd love Plastic Warlocks, and new Guardians and Trueborn would be kickass for my conversions, but only if they're compatible with the rest of the eldar range...
Wishlisting of course...

Yeah I'm expecting nothing more than a new formation for Wyches that gives them 1 extra Wych weapon per 10 bodies. That way no matter what we get I'll be pleasantly surprised

| I would be surprised if we get any attention before 8th hits and we get rolled into an eldar or zenos battletome.
That's not necessarily a bad thing.
