So this would mean CC have to roll to hit

Don't forget guys the asters and Haywire grenades from the Warriors too. Against an IG gun line we can boost Venoms 1" in front and boost Reavers 1" behind essentially boxing in squadrons. They won't be able to target our models with large blasts as the marker will be hitting their tank too, as well as the risk of scattering onto their own tanks is too high.
