I'll kick this off with one synergy that just kicked in front of my face mere moments ago:

Spiritseer + Mandrakes + Haemonculus

So you can't Infiltrate the unit, but the point is to start with a Pain Token so they can shoot right away.
You roll on Runes of Battle to buff the Mandrakes, let's see what each power can do for the Mandrakes:

Primaris: Conceal = The unit now has the coveted Stealth + Shrouded
Renewer = Bleh, but can help your Spiritseer or add to the shooting.
Embolden/Horrify - Would rather Horrify to make it so you win in combat with the Mandrakes its at a hefty penalty for non-Fearless opposition
Enhance/Drain = WS 5 I6...moderately cool.
Protect/Jinx = More to Jinx to help the Mandrakes against higher armoured foes.
Quicken/Restrain = Meh really
Empower/Enervate = Empower is what we're really going for above all, making the unit S6 2 Pain Tokens on the charge.

You still have 5+ Invuls, a shooting attack, and other things. It's something to consider surely.

More synergies as I note them, but feel free to list more.

The lady and eldrad together let you redeploy a ton of your troops. Helps draw them off balance.

Lets talk more about dirty and brutal side of things.

Autarch + Swooping Hawk wings, banshee mask, shard of Anaris.
Beastpack. This give beastpack much wanted Fearless. You can throw Baron there, although i think that isnt needed much.

Autarch + Reavers. Bike, Melta, Shard of Anaris. Goes to Reavers. Makes them Fearless and give a good chalenge monster right there. Not to mention +1 for reserve, which does come in handy with reavers. ( Someone might be really pleased to play their Archon on Jetbikes as this guy ).

Bahharoth makes Scourges better, can tank wounds with his innate 2+, and make them Fearless.

Farseer on Jetbike, Mantle of the Luaghing god. Immense thorn in the side, especially in smaller point games. Can be usefull always by taking Divination and Runes of Fate Primaris. Basically 2 guides per turn, 1 of which can affect close combat, maybe some nice rolls on the table of psychic powers. Guided Ravagers turn 1 - he is our guy. Fortune or Doom - he is our guy. He can only be killed reliably with some cover ignoring weapons. Otherwise meet his 2+ rerolable cover save.

Hemlock Wraithfighter.

This thing brings our Air to a new level. Take this thing and 3 Razorwing Jetfighter with a Necrotoxin missiles. Raiders With Torment Launchers. Lots of things that cause pinning checks ( and there are enough within 2 of our codexes, more then in anywhere else ). This can create rather unique Terror army.

Unfortunately reserve modifiers only affected the detachment they come with according to the GW FAQ. Thought they wrote it badly.

Judging by exact wording this Autarch power special rule cant affect Craftworld units, that was taken as Allied Detachment.

Although this is probably hogwash and will bred nothing but arguments.

Agreed, the same way if you take Dark Eldar as allies with a webway portal the Dark Eldar can't used the portal but the primary detachment can! GW rules writing at it's best.

In some of my armies, the only things I'd reserve would be a Crimson Hunter and the Windrider Jetbikes so the Autarch would help those out.
