Smart Missle System rule wording?

Can anyone give me the exact, verbatim wording on the rules for the Tau Smart Missile System.

A guy I play against is claiming he can shoot at models of mine that are totally obscured from his.

I'm almost certain that the model/unit still needs to be able to 'see' at least a piece of what they are shooting at but that the 'weapon' (SMS) Does Not Need LoS. At least that would be in accordance with the rules for shooting.

Not sure if I can quote a Codex word for word, so I won't, but...

Smart Missile Systems have 'Homing' which yes allows them to be fired at units outside of line of sight.

It's a Tau specific rule, I think, not sure if any other races have 'Homing' but there may be a few out there? IG/AM Basilisk can shoot without LOS, but suffers full scatter is closest I can think of.

Yep. Smart Missile Systems ignore Line of Sight. They really, really suck.
