Fluff ideas for my coven

Hey guys, a little while back, I asked for some help designing a 2000 point list. I have since takent he advice, revised my goal for 1500 points (so i have room to grow i whatever direction i want later)

Now, I have to decide on my fluff. Any ideas would be very welcome!

My coven is based out of a sub realm desert, it is as single haemonculi at this point. He has an affinity for DNA splicing and creating new breeds of beasts.

He works with a small kabal of warriors who pilot his venoms and ravagers, but mostly he has his pets and assistants.

His "court" is going to be two sslyth and two converted medusa who will be smaller snake people

he has 6 grots, a beast pack lead by one of his assistants, 5 scourge (maybe 10) with wrack masks, im thinking they are servants, not mercenarys.

May add other creatures, such as clawed fiends, pain engines, mandrakes. Wish ur ghuls were better, would love a bunch of ghouls converted into ur ghuls.

Any advice into how to write his fluff would be appreciated. Right now I'm thinking he is an out cast for some reason, or he is part of a larger coven, but prefers to work from his own personal sub realm.

From what you describe so far, it seems he might be a rogue of some kind, perhspds kicked out of a Coven because he was doing something they don't approve of. Being of the mighty and oure Eldar race, likely genetic splicing with lesser beings (Mon'keigh for example) would ba a no-no.

That's a good idea! I started reading path of the renegade, I'm gonna use one the rules they mention. So far they only mentioned the necromancy rules.
