I just noticed that Hellions and Reaver Jetbikes are "temporarily out of stock" for the Games Workshop Online Store for the US. I don't know if that means anything, but I think it confirms a board game.

I know they inlcuded rules for 40k in the Deathwatch board game. Are there any 40k rules in Calth or Prospero?

And with the formations in the Start Collecting boxes and Death Masque, it seems reasonable that there might be some formations in Gangs. (Assuming it really is a board game.)

Only in the Death Masque deathwatch game. Deathwatch:Subtitle with genestealers did not come with 40k rules. Neither did the Heresy games. All these things rules came from other sources afterwards.

Surely with the way GW has been acting recently it will be an amazing blessing to the Dark Kin, with both amazing and balanced rules and a great deal on a large number of the best units in our codex, the hellions, and maybe a handful of reavers too!

A lot of people seem to have some hate towards the board games GW are bringing out but they are pretty fun. Yes a lot are Marine based, but it is their biggest seller so you can't hold that against a company.

If it's good value, and has rules for 40k for the units involved then great, the deathwatch overkill units gained 40k rules after a month of its release so there's no denying that it can happen.

Maybe there will be decent formations for Hellions.

I don't hate the board games. I just don't play them. I barely have enough time to get a game of 40k in every couple of months or so at this point, so the notion that I'd get someone to bail on their scheduled 40k game and join me in a board game is pretty unlikely, and even if I did I would be wasting all the time I spent building and painting my actual 40k army.

There's still the outside chance it will either be a cheap deal on Hellions and Reavers (not like I need more Hellions) or that it will (Hail Mary) have a formation for them.

Reavers and hellions are both currently out of stock on GW's site. Not that it means anything. Maybe we will get an update in the Fall of Cadia.

The Reavers are still in-stock on the UK website, though the Hellions aren't.

Well, I like boardgames, I need some more reavers, and maybe hellions will be good in the next ed. GW just sold a box.

I also requrie some Reavers, and for the right price/formation will contemplate Helions. Now lets get some pricing, and details on the formation this will be rolled into

What makes you think it will have formations when Lost Patrol didn't?

Well, that was dissapointing. Pack it up boys, nothing to see here.

To be worthwhile it either has to be dirt cheap or the models to be superb. Without new rules half the box (Hellion side) is completely useless even in friendly games.

Yep. Probably going to pass unless the scenery or model value is amazing.

I was just going to note this, as well. GW online has been very unsubtle with their hints of late, so I wouldn't rule it out yet. And then there is the very real trend noted by Amorrowlyday:
