Harlequin 1850pts T-list what ya think?

So Im going to be doing a few tournaments in a couple months. Hoping to play top 10 by my 3rd tournament

I'm new to 40k tournaments but I've done MTG ones for years and even Martial Arts ones (In the Martial arts I've been number 1 in circuits many times). So I know a goal for a 1st time t-playing in a new system to hit high is hard, so Im aiming for at least 10th by my 3rd event.

I was thinking of 1300pts Harlequins and 550pts Corsairs let me know if you think that would be better.

The Idea is to have Spam troupes (6) with a few Characters for support, my goal is to pick a few targets and just annihilate them and try to get into and stay in combat.

0 Bikes.... I know! 0 bikes!, Ive been playing with the bikes, they are good but I've been doing so well without them IDK if I actually need them.

Or would this list be better?

It comes to 1850 on the nose.

This way I still have 5 troupes (I like troupes) some characters (tho 3 of them dont have Infilitrate, Stealth Shrouded I cant take more than 3 Detachments) and now I have 2 Bike units + 1 heavy.

IDK what one to take...
