So I generally stay with 1 list throughout the year with minor changes depending on the tournament and restrictions. So here it is.

Now this leaves me with very few points left over, but I could add something here or there.
I think I severely lack anti-tank. I was running Heat Lances on the CTC but thye were too short ranged and I think with 30 TL Cannon shots from 36'' I can wound or kill some MCs from Tau or even the new FMC spam I am seeing around.
I have tried the Warriors squads above and tend to like them. The extra Blaster shot and the HWG have been nice to have in every match up I have played. I have to be more aggressive, but not so much it is a detriment.
I have had great success with the Bikes and like getting them into CC Turn 2 and then Turn 3 coming out and shooting with the Blasters and then charging something new. The Blasters are hit or miss on effectiveness, but we get them for a bargain on them and they have come up clutch in tight spots.
The Faolchu's Blade formation has been fantastic. Those Glaives murder people! The Voidweaver is not the best choice, but at BS 5, he does well with the Cannons and if I need the Lance shot to hit. I like the support and the the fact that they deal with 2+ Armor a helluva lot better than Reavers.
I have fought multiple Battle Companies (record is 2-2-1), a Golden Host w/ Skyhammer (Win), Renegades (2-0), 5 Knights (Loss), Grey Knights (Win), Tau (2-1), and Eldar Primary (1-1). The army has done well against multiple competitive armies and players. 5 Knights was tough simply Because I could not kill them and he brought 2 of the Apoc Str. 7 AP 3 Knights. Drop Pod BCs were no problem but when they have multiple Backs, Rhinos, and Pods it became very difficult. Both losses were in Objective games as well.
However, I am thinking about removing the Harlies in favor of an Eldar Ally to bring in some more Anti-Tank. It would look like this:

I would get a more survivable Warlord, Reserve manipulation, and a couple Hornets to for some ranged AT. The Scat Bikes add an ObSec unit as well.
