| Hello all!
After getting my first Venom on the stand I came up with a few questions.
Firstly, is it a good idea to use plastic glue to bind them together? It took almost a full night to set (Most of the time other models the hold only takes a few moments) and when I move it now I still worry about it.
Second, If it is not meant to be used, what would you suggest? I have super glue but I dislike using it if I am not working in Resin, I like the stronger hold from plastic glue. I have thought about a strong two part epoxy, Sine most of the DE army is made up of Armor, just to make sure once it is on that plastic rod breaks before it ever moves or shifts the Venom.
I apologize if this is a super noob question. Just want to be sure moving forward.
Cheers, | |

| I magnetize them. The hole in the Venom is precise fit for a 3mm or 4mm magnet (I dont remember from the top of my head but its one or the other), I cut the ball off, flatten the top, glue another magnet and voila... | |

| Hunh, the friction fit has held on mine so far, no need for glue/magnets/etc yet... | |

| The friction fit has worked fine for me also for venoms and raiders. Not so much for reaver jetbikes, so I magnetised all of those with 3x1mm magnets. | |

| Friction fit works fine for me too. Quick tip if you get a loose fitting one. Cover the ball with superglue and let it dry, this will increase the size of the ball and create an much snugger fit (and stop your vehicles from drooping and always popping out of the ball joint) SC | |

| what i do is cut the ball of the stand, fill the socket with glue then drill into the glue and put some blu-tack on the stand so that when I poke it in I can adjust it. | |

Magnets are definely the way to go. | |

| Hmmm Magnets, well after some work it took like a charm, but I will have to look into magnets now and see what I can do with the rest of my Venoms | |
