Looking at the new gathering storm book and in particular the new detachment called the reborn warhost. It appears that because the factions of all 3 eldars are the same ynnari do we think that it puts aspect warriors arriving via deep strike on the back of venoms or raiders back on the table?

Yep. You have to buy the vehicle in a FA slot, but definitely.
